The Sinomarin® product family, based on a hypertonic sea water solution, is indicated for the relief of nasal congestion in addition to nasal cleansing and various forms are available making Sinomarin® products suitable for the whole family. Further products that consist of hypertonic seawater include EARinse® ear cleansing sprays, used for cleansing the ear canal by gently dissolving ear wax. The sea water for all products comes from Cancale Bay at the French coast of Brittany, from a source where Gerolymatos International holds the exclusive license.

The Gerolymatos International product portfolio includes brands such as: Foltène® Pharma, comprising a series of value-adding cosmetic products for hair, eyelashes and nails with a special focus on the prevention and treatment of hair-loss problems.
